EASTER UPDATE: LEVEL 1

Please note there will be no alcohol sales for off-site consumption from Friday 2 April until Monday 5 April 2021.

Liquor sales will again be open from Tuesday 6 April 2021.

Restaurants may sell alcohol for use on their premises, in accordance to their license agreement. Alcohol may not leave the restaurant.

Curfew remains midnight to 4am.

MARCH 2021 – ALERT LEVEL 1

CURFEW MIDNIGHT – 4AM

Due to declining infections, South Africa has been placed on alert level 1.

Most normal activity can resume, with precautions and health guidelines followed at all times.

Alert level can be increased if necessary.

Stores can mostly trade as normal, but within guidelines. Please confirm directly with a restaurant/store of their current operating hours, do not rely on the website alone, as opening times are up to their discretion.

FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN

No-one may enter the premises without a face mask. The mask is to cover both mouth and nose.

ALCOHOL MAY BE SOLD

Alcohol sales are permitted as normal, according to license agreements. No alcohol may be sold during curfew hours.

STORE ACCESS

Stores have been provided guidelines as to how many customers are allowed at any given time. Please be patient and remain physically distanced, wear your mask and sanitise regularly. Please contact restaurants directly for bookings.
